I love music, I'm addicted to it. I need it several times a day sometimes all day and usualy in the form of a once gilted & now inspired female singer. These ladies are my favorite singers and if you don't know who some of them are then you don't know what your missing!
This the kind of music I can listen to all day every day and not get sick of it. Each song is unique but connected to all the others. The lyrics dance around the meaning of things they mention symbolically. It reminds me of a scene in Running With Scissors where Annette Benning's character says during a poetry reading.... if so and so "writes about flowers she's not talking about the fucking flowers!" It's whimsical is a sad, dark way while still being light hearted. It think it's cause in one song the voices are haunting and gloomy but the music is upbeat and then in the next song vice versa!
